Founded in 2002, Trika Singapore started as an industrial product design company for retail fixtures and fittings. With our experience in glass processing, interior products and retail fixture design, we specialised in watches and jewellery retail commissions during our early formative days. Our journey with museum conservation showcases began whilst working closely with the team from Schott Glass AG, Amiran anti-reflective glass division. We were tasked to deliver a large look-down display case for the King of Thailand’s textile collection (ie. then Rama IX) which then led to commissions from other museums.
From our humble beginnings in Singapore as a small industrial design practice, Trika has since expanded our collective experience in advanced glass systems, conservation lighting and precision engineering to include the designing of high-specification display cases for museums all around the world. Trika has progressed to adopt a very specialised set of industrial skill-sets and knowhow making conservation display showcases for the world’s renowned museums such as the Natural History Museum (NHM London), National Art Gallery of Singapore, NUSLKC Natural History Museum, Rezwan Razack’s Museum Of Indian Paper Money, Nanjing Museum of China, Bank Indonesia Numismatic Museum, Bank Negara Numismatic Museum, National Museum Of China, etc…
Today, Trika is the go-to name for challenging projects as well as display presentations for museums, private collectors and temporary exhibitions that require exacting and innovative engineering systems to protect, secure or simply to exhibit a very fragile and precious artifact.

Test standards
Our quality management team now regularly carries out CO2 air exchange testing of cases at final assembly in our factory and on site as part of our formal handover procedures.
Our ability to carry out repeat air exchange testing in-house has shaped the development of our case systems and allows us to push the boundaries of case design whilst maintaining the highest standards of sealing.
Patents Certification
Trika holds patents such as our showcase double-locking systems, demountable case profiles, unique lighting systems and customised hinges.
Most patents are granted pending international applications and we are constantly innovating, improving to maintain our stature as one of the leaders in our field.
